Robb Heering

Creator, Founder, Visionary and current CEO of Casa Latino.
20 year veteran of the real estate business. Began career as a corporate real estate attorney at United Parcel Service (UPS) headquarters with responsibility for real estate acquisitions in over 30 states. Spent 10 years in private law practice as a Connecticut real estate attorney. In addition to serving Casa Latino as it's leader, Robb is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (where he serves indigent clients on a pro bono basis, he’s a member of the National and Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greater Waterbury (CT) Board of Realtors, where he serves on the Public Relations Committee, Northern Fairfield County (CT) Association of Realtors. Robb is also the founder of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Prior to founding Casa Latino, Robb operated and managed Fortune Lending Group, LLC, a Connecticut based mortgage lender operating in Connecticut and Florida.

Raquel Garcia de Colby
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Raquel Garcia de Colby joined Casa Latino Franchise Corporation in July, 2006. A well respected tax attorney with extensive legal experience, Raquel is also a licensed Realtor. Raquel was formerly a partner with the internationally known tax law firm of Withers Bergman in New Haven and New York. Raquel serves on the Board of Directors for Casa Otoñal, a New Haven based non-profit agency. As a skilled advocate, negotiator, and real estate professional Raquel is an integral part of the Casa Latino leadership team.
Wilmer Duran
Vice President and Director of Franchise Sales
Wilmer was the first true Realtor hired by Casa Latino's founder at the very first Casa Latino real estate office in Danbury Connecticut. Wilmer was and continues to be the top producing Realtor in that office as well as the Greater Danbury market. In 2007, Wilmer acquired the Danbury Connecticut franchise of Casa Latino. Wilmer is a native of Ecuador and has has a background in the construction industry.

William Arce

Bill is a veteran real estate professional with agent and broker experience in New York and Connecticut, who also served as a HOGAR Fellow at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in Washington, DC.
An extremely active and sought after Hispanic real estate professional, Bill also currently serves as a housing finance specialist in the office of the director of the City of Jacksonville housing department and is also the founder of RealEstateLatino.com, a leading Hispanic real estate portal site. He currently serves as the President of the Jacksonville, FL chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
